Election, Special Election and Referendum Signs

Per Chester Borough Code 163-90: Election, special election and referendum signs Election signs shall be removed within 48 hours after the completion of the event. Signs shall not exceed six square feet on a side. If signs are not removed, a court summons may be issued.

Additionally, temporary signs are subject to general regulations applicable to all signs in the Borough. As such, no signs shall be affixed to a utility pole.
