Chester Borough Named a Tree City for 40th Consecutive Year

Congratulations to the Chester Borough Shade Tree Commission. Through their efforts, the Borough was named a Tree City for the 40th consecutive year.

"The Tree City" can refer to the Tree City USA program, a recognition program by the Arbor Day Foundation for communities that demonstrate a commitment to caring for trees.
