Milling and Paving Notice
September 18, 2024
Dear Chester Borough Residents,
The Borough will be resurfacing Pleasant Hill Rd. (from the Chester Township line to the intersection of Hillside Rd), Valley View Rd, and Orchard Lane. Milling operations will begin on September 20th and paving operations will begin on September 26th, 2024 -(weather dependent) During this time period, intermittent road closures may occur. Please follow detour signs as posted. Coordination for residents to enter and exist driveways will be available.
