"Lifesaving Award" Presented at Council Meeting

Last night (2/21/2023) at the Joint meeting of Chester Township and Chester Borough, the Mayors, Council members and Police Chief Ryan McNamee presented Gregory Lowe, a Parsippany Police Officer and Chester resident as well as Gary Marshuetz, Livingston Police Chief and Chester resident both with the “Lifesaving Award”.  These men performed CPR on a fellow Chester resident who went into cardiac arrest. The two residents ultimately helped save the life of their neighbor and friend. Both Mayor and Council members are grateful for their actions.
